uncharacteristically, marc jacobs “went with the pack” and nabbed pop star miley cyrus for his latest campaign. juergen teller supposedly and understandably refused to shoot miley, so instead david sims took hold of it. maybe it’s us, but it doesn’t quite jive with marc’s easy demeanor. perhaps, we should all stick to what we know.
photographer max farago was commissioned for this shoot consisting of models hannah holman and yuri pleskun for an etiquette book coming out. keep an eye out for some “schooling” at the london olympics.

“nike is taking its apparel to a whole new level! the athletic wear mega brand has released a high-flying collection of images for its women’s spring/summer 2013 lookbook with help from one of our favorite olympic athletes, allyson felix, along with fellow olympians–alex morgan and paola espinosa. the ladies, who nike refers to as “superhumans,”displayed their world class athleticism and style by leaping, soaring, jumping and bending in a range of the brand’s newest threads. read more
ceft and company’s limited edition cereal box design, for nylon magazine’s denim issue featuring actress olivia wilde, was a big hit at the launch event in los angeles. even the designer jeremy scott, the godfather of kitsch and current designer for moschino, had to admit that while attending the festivities.
